International Workshop: Soil and Landscapes Dynamics

Workshop Overview Join an international group of scientists and students on a two-week field excursion across Germany and Austria. The workshop focuses on the relationships between soils, parent materials, geomorphology, landscape evolution, ecological systems, and human impact. Participants will investigate modern and paleosols the field, discuss soil-landscape relationships as well as implications for land use, and exchange perspectives on current challenges in soil and landscape dynamics.
